One Extra Mile!
There is always some space in the midst of your darkness where all your thoughts reside, and once you reach that corner, you are wide awake, at that hour of the night when it is unable to drift back to sleep again. You fight with yourself, you try to remember what exactly got you awake at 3.00 am in the midnight, you try to go back to sleep, then you fail, as if you already knew this would happen. But still you tried. Sometimes you travel that one extra mile of your darkness seeking answers and solace for your thoughts. When you reach there, everything's hazy and incomprehensible, so you decide to wait. You send your words and letters to seek for the answers. You wait there till they get back to you, and make themselves clear, and the moment they are back, flushed with meaning, you surrender and stop writing.
